Design and Installation Services

We offer a complete design through to installation service for all of our clients. We ensure that all our works are done to the highest standards and that our clients are 100% satisfied when we are finished. Below is a breakdown of each stage of the

design and installation process.

 

Free Initial Consultation

 

We begin with an initial meeting at our showroom or your home to talk through ideas about layout and what you require. At this stage architect's plans, photographs, magazine cutouts and a list of what you require is extremely helpful. If required the space is measured up to begin with an accurate layout to begin designing. Drawings are created from the guidelines after this consultation.

 

Design Meeting

 

The client returns to our showroom to view the drawings in 3D using the latest kitchen design software. Ammendements can be made and further decisions are made regarding door type, worktop type, sinks, taps and appliances. A quotation is worked out from the design concluded from this meeting. If further meetings are required they can be arranged at this point.

 

Quotation

 

A quotation is produced and talked through with client. Ammendments can be made to plan at this point taking into consideration the client's views on the quotation. A final quotation is created and final draft of plans are shown to client for approval.

 

Deposit Payment & Work Schedule

 

Upon confirmation of order a 20% deposit is taken and the materials are ordered. The project is scheduled into our current

schedule which can vary dependent on time of year.

 

Installation & Final Payments

 

At this stage a further 70% payment is required 14 days prior to installation. The project is installed by our highly skilled team of fitters and any snags are given their utmost attention to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Upon completion the remaining 10% is paid and we leave with another happy customer. An after care service is available post-installation.
